Welcome to Yoga Treks Nepal
Namaste! I’m Jess, an Aussie yogi who found an unexpected passion for trekking in Nepal. What seemed a bit bonkers when I first arrived in 2011 quickly became a transformative experience after a short trek with friends. This journey led me to launch Yoga Treks Nepal in 2017, where I combine my love for yoga with a deep appreciation for nature and trekking.
After 13 incredible years in this beautiful country, Nepal has truly become my home and I’m excited to share its magic with you. As your guide, I’ll introduce you to my favorite local spots, authentic experiences, and hidden treasures. Think of me as your gateway to Nepal, offering a unique perspective that goes beyond the typical tourist experience.
Join us for more than just a trek—it’s a journey of cultural discovery, physical challenge, and spiritual growth. Whether you’re a seasoned trekker or a skeptic like I once was, I’m excited to share the magic of Nepal’s trails with you.

Once upon a time, Jess thought trekking was for the yaks. Now, she can't imagine life without it. Armed with a yoga mat, an uncanny sense of direction, and an ability to find the best momos in any village, Jess leads our treks with a blend of Aussie charm and fluent Nepali. Warning: May spontaneously break into yoga poses or start chatting with locals in Nepali, leaving trekkers wondering if she's secretly been here for centuries.

Rochak is the man with the plan... and the backup plan, and the backup-backup plan. Born and raised in Nepal, he knows these mountains like the back of his hand (just don't ask him which way is north). When he's not smoothing out trek logistics or charming village elders, he's busy "optimizing" our routes, which may or may not involve unexpected detours to his favorite viewpoints.
Motley and Kakashi
Our Four-Legged Spiritual Guides

Don't let their Kathmandu address fool you – Motley and Kakashi are the true spiritual guides of our operation. Motley may prefer the comforts of city life (and who can blame him?), but he takes his role as head of the welcome committee very seriously. He’s an expert in tail-wagging, treat-detecting, and dramatic flopping for belly rubs, with soulful eyes that could melt the Himalayas. Too big for laps but just right for bear hugs and heart-stealing! Meanwhile, Kakashi, our street-smart greeter, may not join the adventures, but he’s always ready with a wag and a nuzzle. Whether patrolling the streets or lounging in the sun, Kakashi ensures that everyone feels right at home from the moment they arrive..
