Day 3: Yoga, Meditation & Exploration
- Morning yoga and meditation session.

Day 4-6: Deepen Your Practice

Day 7: Return to Kathmandu
- After breakfast, transfer to Pokhara airport for your return flight to Kathmandu.

Chitwan Yoga & Nature Retreat Itinerary
Day 1: Explore Kathmandu

Flexible Arrival and Departure:
At Yoga Treks Nepal, we offer flexibility to suit your schedule. The yoga retreat officially begins on Day 1 of the itinerary, but you’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay longer in Kathmandu if you wish.
Arrival: We recommend arriving at least a day before Day 1 to rest and prepare, though you’re free to come earlier to explore.
Departure: The retreat ends on the final day, but feel free to extend your stay for extra relaxation or sightseeing.
